But perhaps in older couples when they need care, have a greater awareness of our shortcomings and try to feel better with ourselves. Old age is not synonymous with disease, poverty or social or physical. It is clear that when we meet years, we add to our health ailments, is why we must encourage, even more, our attitude to healthy activities.</p>
<p>One of the evils that more attacks over the years is osteoarthritis. Many people who start with fifty years experience to rheumatic disease, obesity and lack of exercise worsens the condition, so that a moderate exercise and a balanced diet will reduce the pain characteristic. We see the change experienced by our grandfathers. Say that when we come to adopt a more static, sometimes we say they do not want to come, but that their children are forced. This reaction is logical and what is surprising is that after a few days is that they are tremendously grateful that I can count on us. Are related, are treated professionally and above all enjoy group activities. The idea of the cold and desolate homes and day centers are fortunately changing. Now they are welcoming places, which gives the most support necessary to face life with fortitude and above all care for our families and specific treatment methods, combining three basic concepts: health, physical activity and psychological support.</p>
